Designed for operation with one hand. A cleverly designed locking mechanism allows the rope to be inserted without removing the device from the anchor, it cannot be opened when the pulley is loaded. A toothed cam is designed for an immediate and strong grab on ropes from 8 to 13 mm.
This cam is enabled and disabled with a protected switch inside the flanges to prevent accidental opening. One movement to open the cam for easier insertion or removal of the rope. Or use the device as a non-locking simple pulley. Two movements to enable the cam.
The two attachment points (main attachment point and the becket hole) allowing for rotation of carabiners for ease of use.
Large diameter sheave with sealed ball bearings – very high efficiency (95%).

It also reduces dangerous wear and tear on the device where the rope tends to rub on the body of a traditional ascender. The perfectly profiled closure keeps the rope in line with the body of the device and the rollers to prevent the rope from escaping the device during tight pendulums and traverses.
